Personally I think a recruitment portal for the website could be a game changer.

A page on the website dashboard named "Recruitment" could be given where a list of created applications are seen and you can create more.

When you click on one of the applications you can edit the questions that's on the form, toggle if its active/closed and permissions for who can apply eg group ranks for example.

Then on the main recruitment page have a area/button to view all current submitted applications where you can shortlist applications, staff can leave comments, accept and reject.

All updates go to the applicants email upon submission and they can also get discord dm's from the bot on updates on their application. Updates Such as Submitted, Shortlisted, Accepted, Rejected and interview updates for requesting an interview for where the applicant can choose the selected date & time etc...

Each workspace could have their own page such as recruitment.hyra.io/workspace where all current applications or vacancies can be found. Or if a website couldn't be possible to have a actual game where all of the vacancies will update there.

Let me know though on this, I am only suggesting this as I haven't personally seen a roblox application centre fully automated.
