When a user reaches a rank that doesn't allow claiming any sessions, the system should automatically unclaim them for all upcoming sessions. For example, when a user gets demoted to a rank that doesn't allow co-hosting anymore, the system should automatically remove them. The same thing can work for when a user becomes deprovisioned. This would be really helpful for my group's Operations Department, so they don't have to manually unclaim all their upcoming sessions. Another feature of this could work with inactivity notices. For example, we could have a new checkbox under roles that could say "Allow user to claim sessions while on inactivity notice," and that could be customized to a group's needs.
