Ability to create request forms like the inactivity request system. This could be used for things like departmental transfer requests, etc.

I agree, even if you want to report a user. Like an LR and you cant use discord right then in the moment. Totally agree. Leadership teams will kust have to say NOT to abuse the system at all.
