Make a full interview experience with NPC's (Make it a bit more realistic) A example is:

When you load into the game, you can walk into the interview center. You go up to the secretary and press "E" to get a ticket and you sit down. A NPC will come out of an office and will call your name, you automatically walk with him into the office, you sit down, and he asks you questions. After every question there is a menu displayed at the bottom middle of your screen with options to choose from. At the end you either passed or failed (you get kicked with the decision).
