So people are able to get their quota done, allow only people to book 2 sessions per day. Meaning that they are restricted to 14 sessions a week, which also makes it fair for others.

We have added limits which restrict the amount of sessions bookable in an assignment period. I hope this satisfies your needs on this but do let me know if you need more finer controls.
