Assignment Checking

It would be beneficial to have a roles setting where they can check off their checkbox assignments for themselves and others, and if turned off, they can't do so.

Sam as an upvoter I think most things should be assignable to customize it as much as possible

agreed. it would be nice for department directors to be the only ones who could go in and check.
