Moved back to open as stale. We have made progress on this but are re-evaluating if this is the best method when passkeys etc exist which didn't exist when this was suggested.

The logging in process already takes a long time cuz like I am NOT entering a code every single time especially bc hyra logs me out after like 30 minutes of not using it.

Hey! It has been an Year since you said that this is being developed. I would say that we use the new Passkey authentication app instead of SMS.

We’ve got this developed behind the scenes, it’s currently blocked by an account settings page. Once that’s set up, we’ll be able to roll this out.

It is via TOTP with backup via SMS.

SMS costs money per SMS, why not just use email. Also why not use the new and popular passkey standard, i dont want to always open my 2fa app and enter digits, thats old, if u do it now do it right.
