If you cancel a request instead of showing a cross, maybe show a line through a clock so it doesn't match the denied option.

Add the ability to log more such as promotions, demotion, ban, blacklist,etc. You get the point.

Add the ability to use the department feature on a user as a grouping strategy to give them specific permissions or assignments.

Make the logbook sync with group ranking so that if someone logs a termination in someones log book, Hyra will automatically terminate the user in the group. Same goes for other stuff like suspension, demotions, etc.

Allow images to be fully seen when uploading images for promotion recommendations, at the moment when an image is uploaded and kept during the drafting process the size is compressed and difficult to see completely. Please please please also make it so image files can also be dropped directly into the recommendation area as opposed to having to scroll through documents etc through the file picker 🙏🙏🙏 I've attached an image of what it looks like just so you can get an idea of how slightly annoying it is

Automate the logbook to sync with the Roblox group, so when users are suspended or terminated, staff members can choose what rank to set them to. Also, automatically end suspensions after a set amount of time, which will re-rank the user.

Add a blacklist example if a rank before supervision team is blacklisted of being st+ so hr will see to not promote this person

Add search filters, such as the rank someone recommended a user to become, so we can narrow down the view to the ranks we are looking to promote to.

Instead of Warning Revokes being a separate post category on the logbook, they should be a trash icon. Once you have clicked the trash icon, there should be an option to undo the revoke or permanently delete any record of the warning.

I Think just for realism and most people will agree that sometimes if you issue a warning/strike that you should be able to edit or delete warnings if you put the reason in incorrectly or you created a warning accidentally for the wrong user. Reasons is because this stays on that members record and can cause issues. Like for instance today I issued a warning but I forgot to attach the letter to attach onto it but I couldn't go back and edit and attach the letter for them. I think this would be a good feature to add so it helps out HR Team.
